May is Here! Military Appreciation month and it is also Mental Health awareness month… Some things to Keep in mind..

As more and more people are not able to work, low income families are still struggling to put food on their tables; Food pantries are slowly opening back up, like CFA, adapting to the #Covid-19 pandemic. First of all, you should definitely call them up before going to their facilities.

Even though it’s predicted that things may not be getting back to so called normal by May, positive events, Mental Health events and interactive videos will be on many platforms to engage as well as help thought in need.

**While Churches are closed, you can check out some of the Worship Services on line, such as Mount Olive, RealLife Church, Reformed Church of HH NJ, Second Reformed and others like The River Mission! Many of them are on Face Book but some are available on sound Cloud and You tube of course. Different churches are using face book platform to get the congregations to be involved while people are asked to stay at home During the COVID-19 pandemic.
