First of all, “The Center In Hackensack will have a community dinner, but it will still be “to-go” this year. A couple years ago, (pictured to the right) Pablo of Choripan) had started a wonderful tradition of having Thanksgiving brunch for the homeless. It is unclear at this point if he will do it again this year. we will have details coming soon. In the meantime, here are some resources and the Resource guide which is available for download. Before the Holidays begin, there are a couple hot dinners to go locations.
Every day and night, the Center in Hackensack has community lunches and dinners 7 days a week. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the Majestic lodge on First street Hackensack starting at 5 pm has free community hot catered dinners to go as well!
