After NJ’s latest press conference, with the NJ DCA’s rental assistance online application in full swing, Murphy extends the “No shut off” Moratorium for Utilities (EO 229). Also other programs have started as the third stimulus package makes it’s way to the states. Also note that EO 223 helps some in NJ from limited garnishment from debt for the third stimulus checks. For these Executive Orders, just scroll down their Executive Orders info page on the NJ official site. Just as a reminder, the no eviction EO in NJ has also been extended to May 2021.
